When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders received by 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same day. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day. Delays may occur over legal holidays within the United States.
Shipping and Handling
Pricing and shipping options are displayed at check out and are based on the weight of your order. Please note that First Class Mail and First Class Mail International may be offered at checkout. These methods are not insured and SHASHI will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, and may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. SHASHI has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Recipients are responsible for all such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we suggest contacting your local customs office for complete information.
Order Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
We want you to love your SHASHI purchase. If in the unlikely event there is a problem or you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.
- If you did not purchase your SHASHI socks on www.shashionline.com, you must contact the original retailer for their return policies
- For SHASHI socks purchased on www.shashionline.com, all socks must be returned UNWORN, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt within 14 days of delivery
- Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the item(s) to our warehouse
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A $6.95 or 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order, whichever is greater
- Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted
- You may obtain return authorization by either calling 1.561.447.8800 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you would like an alternate item, please clearly indicate the style, size and color. Once we receive your returned item, the RMA, and your alternate item choice, your new item(s) will be sent without additional shipping and handling charges on orders within the continental US ONLY. International orders may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees. The merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 21 days of receiving authorization
Gift Cards (coming soon)
Gift cards are delivered by email with instructions to redeem them. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.
